Scheduled Days:   Monday through Friday        Starting Times:   6am to 3pm

We offer a starting pay rate from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Position Description

What are the responsibilities of the Clerk - Traffic?

  • Processes inbound paperwork for Vendors and Drivers.
  • Collects information and inputs Data into Inbound Computer System and various Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Maintains and submits various End of Month reports.
  • Audits Pick-Up registers for accuracy.
  • Files and Sorts Department documents.
  • Assists in answering phone calls from Drivers, Members and Vendors.
  • Maintains Driver Toll, Phone, Motel cards and Issues Driver Badges and maintains driver personal information.
  • Acts as a back-up when necessary for other office personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year minimum administrative or clerical experience
  • Must have excellent PC Skills: Word and Excel.
  • Self starter and able to work with minimal assistance.
  • Good communication and phone skills.
  • Organized and Attention to Detail.
  • Must be able to flex hours occassionally to provide back up assistance for other office personnel. 
  • Must be capable of working over time when required.
