Position Description

Adventure on and check out the daily responsibilities expected:

  • Acts as the first point of contact for training inquiries from customers and associates via phone, email and in-person. Is able to determine training needs and troubleshoot any technical issues
  • Creates and organizes training events including securing training locations, instructor/vendor management, room set up, AV equipment, shipment of training materials, participant materials, handouts, name tags, rosters, sign-in sheets, training evaluation forms, catering, and hotel arrangements, if necessary. Also, creates written communication materials including descriptions and marketing materials for training events as appropriate
  • Ensures documentation and reference materials are current, standardized, organized and appropriately accessible in a centralized location
  • Manages all aspects of LMS including logging all training into LMS, managing enrollment, evaluations, reporting and overall improvement of system. Manage course catalog which includes online, regional and webinar based training. Provide feedback reporting to program participants and management
  • Travel is required to semi- annual trade show. In this role managing logistics, materials, speakers, and working a booth is required. Physical requirements include: long distance walking, ability to lift up to 25 pounds and able to stand on feet up to 12 hours in a customer facing role
  • Experience with LMS required, Cornerstone OnDemand is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office (strong Excel and Powerpoint skills). SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

Minimum Type and Years of Related Experience:

  • Three to five years of related experience required
  • Experience with LMS required, Cornerstone OnDemand is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office (strong Excel and Powerpoint skills). SharePoint experience is a plus
Minimum Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Learning & Development or equivalent work experience
