Salary range starts at $14.75.

The Team Leader is a working leader who is responsible for providing 

team leadership within a specific department or function to ensure the efficient accomplishment of assigned operating objectives. Use provided tools and work with Supervisors and associates to resolve system and hardware issues.  Analyze and produce reports necessary to assist in this task.

Maximize picking efficiencies by leading projects to optimize the product locations and slotting strategy.

Position Description

The effective Systems Team Lead performs the following tasks safely with the customer in mind:

• Assist with check report.

• Trouble shoot different hardware and resolve system related issues.

• Lead slotting and other projects on 2nd shift.

• Works directly with associates to establish and foster a strong working relationship related to warehouse functions.

• Clarifies operating policies, procedures, and safety requirements to team members.

• Performs job duties in accordance with the Company’s production and quality standards.

• Performs job duties for a different section of the RDC or shift if operational requirements necessitate.

• Assist SE with daily functions as assigned.

Position Qualifications

A successful team member possesses the following qualifications:

• High School/GED diploma or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of warehouse experience/systems experience.
• One or more years of experience demonstrating successful leadership in a comparable environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates, vendors, and/or members
• Ability to make decisions in accordance with operating policies and practices
• Ability to work any shift.
