Job Description

Execute the creative and production design for Private Label Branding, as well as coordinate design
and production contractors, clearly communicating project objectives, overseeing design and all
aspects of responsibility: Branding, Packaging, POP Materials, In-store Visuals, Vendor Management ,
asset managemenet, Trade Show booth signage, Promotional and Product launches. Position is a
specialist, working along side the manager, capable of creating designs as well as updating all aspects
of the private label packaging process.

Position Description

  • Concept and design of private label campaign and process. Review and activation of incoming creative request, includes review of delivery dates. Resolve any timing issues or missing information. Meeting client deadlines and managing agency/contractor deadlines
  • Assist Brand Manager in communicating creative direction for each project assuring clear communication of project strategies and production issues to all key team members.
  • Performs client facing duties, including attending meetings and briefings related to assigned projects. Demonstrates a flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of the client. Exhibits the confidence to explain and support his/her thinking, both internally and externally.Acts as a support resources for client facing duties, including attending meetings and briefings.
  • Supports the Implementation of new production processes and procedures including design templates. Streamlines design and production process to increase efficiencies. Is proactive in continuous improvement to the process.
  • Assists and coordnates with freelance staff as well as 3rd party creative parnters.

Position Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in the Advertising, Manufacturing, Marketing, or Merchandising space.
  • Demonstratable professional experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Microsoft Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
