Job Description

Marketing Business Manager will work across the marketing organization to support identifying current/future technology and data needs, lead the evaluation of new opportunities and keep on top of trends. This role is responsible for developing business cases and financial plans for new capabilities and enhancements. This role is responsible for facilitating the management of the marketing organization’s expense budget to ensure it is allocated based on 1.) our go to marketing plans which are designed to achieve retail/wholesale and retail engagement goals as well as 2.) aligns with the Bi- Annual Marketing Plan. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, aptitude for analyzing and understanding business impacts and the ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time.

Major Financial Control Activities:
Responsible for managing an operational budget. 

Position Description

Takes ownership of exploring new and different opportunities for the organization that add value. Analyze and follow trends in the industry to help prioritize investments and priorities. Work in a consultant capacity with both internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Facilitate the development of business case and proformas for specific campaigns, new marketing capabilities or enhancements.

Support the management of the overall marketing program budgets and timelines.

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting with the individual marketing team owners
  • Be agile in changing and reallocating of dollars on business needs
  • Liaison between finance and budget owners
Participate in cross functional IT committee to represent Marketing’s needs.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Type and Years of Related Experience Required:

  • Seven to ten years of related experience required
  • Communications, Finance Retail and Technology experience required
  • Strong analytical and change management skills required
Minimum Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Master's degree desirable
