Job Description

The Manager, Digital Marketing, will lead day to day digital marketing operations supporting True
Value’s overall strategy to focus marketing investment in local, targeted digital channels that drive
customers into our retailers stores and supports True Value's Omni Channel vision to allow customers
to transact where they want and how they want. This position will be key in continuing to execute on
that digital marketing strategy and help our retailers reach the right customer, at the right time, around
their store.

Position Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing channel plans that support local digital marketing strategy.
  • Continue to drive Omni Channel sales by driving qualified traffic from all paid, email, and organic channels to TrueValue.com
  • Create targeted campaigns that deliver relevant communication and offers to our customers based on past on-site behavior and purchases.
  • Manage channel level digital marketing budgets, with accountability for key metrics including sales, margin, ROI, traffic, customer acquisition, site conversion, sales and other key performance measurements for each channel.
  • Manage external partners in the areas of email, paid search, SEO, affiliate, display, and other channels to deliver results
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of web analytics. Report on marketing channel goals, forecasts, results, roadblocks, and achievements in a concise and timely manner to all levels of the business. Reporting will include insights to shape strategy and drive business results
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including marketing, merchandising, distribution and IT as well as external stakeholders including suppliers, agencies, developers and marketing partners. Actively collaborate with brand marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and an integrated calendar across consumer touch points
  • Provide thought leadership on digital marketing and omni-channel retail by remaining current on trends, our competitive landscape, and best practices

Position Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferable in Marketing or Business, MBA preferred
