Job Description

Perform a variety of clerical, customer service, and administrative duties to support the Denver RDC.

Position Description

Performs clerical duties including data entry, printing and distributing reports, photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, handling phone calls and distributing mail Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes knowledge of the organization and various functions to respond to inquiries or direct work Maintain records, prepares forms and reports, verifies information, and resolves routine problems Provides customer service support as needed; performance other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

-Educational Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent. -Administrative or clerical experience desirable. -Must have excellent PC Skills: Word and Excel. -Must be capable of working over time when required.
