We have an immediate need for a Demand & Replenishment System Trainer and Change Management Lead. The role of Demand & Replenishment System Trainer and Change Management Lead will be responsible for building training materials. They will schedule and coordinate regular on-boarding training as well as advanced training for more evolved system user needs. This person will also be responsible for creating a user certification and compliance processes to ensure the proper use of the systems output and adherence to the related processes.

This person will also work closely with the S&OP team to identify and prioritize needs in support of operational decision making. This person is also responsible for being a key core team member for new system implementations when rolling out new solutions or solution enhancements / extensions and fixes. They will identify, track and implement all job aids, and training materials in any form to support the goal of system institutionalization. This person will also be a central communication point with the business on new system functionality as it relates the timing of release, and how it will affect the stakeholders. This person will also communicate system outage and recovery information.

Position Description

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage training curriculum / certification and conduct training
  • Collaborates with True Value University in the development of the training program
  • Consults with key stakeholders to identify knowledge/performance gap
  • Evaluate training needs to identify the knowledge, skills and competencies required to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Recommends, designs and implements creative learning solutions that include, but are not limited to, classroom training and eLearning
  • Ensures training materials’ content is clear, accurate, consistent, and free of spelling and grammatical errors
  • Work directly with end users on system understanding and system usage
  • Work closely with business system analyst to ensure that help tickets are prioritized and responded to within SLA's. Analyze help ticket trends and requests to identify solution enhancement opportunities and training augmentations as needed.
  • Play a critical role in the recruiting of new inventory management personnel.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Type and Years of Related Experience Required:

  • Five to seven years of related experience required
  • Basic understanding of data requirements for demand, fulfillment and replenishment
  • Project management, instructional design, and APICS experience preferred
  • JDA experience desirable
  • Communications, Supply Chain or Technology experience desirable
Minimum Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
