Job Description

Provides team leadership within a specific department or function to ensure the efficient accomplishment of assigned operating objectives. Supports Supervisor in monitoring associate performance and managing work quality. Assists Supervisor in communicating company policy and procedures among team members and ensuring team members adhere to stated policies and procedures.

Position Description

• Leads the work activities of team members to manage workflow within the department. • Assists the Supervisor in coordinating workflow with other members of the RDC leadership team. • Assists the Supervisor in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work completion to ensure a high level of Member service. • Works directly with associates to establish and foster a strong working relationship related to warehouse functions. • Clarifies operating policies, procedures, and safety requirements to team members. • Assists supervisor with conducting employee training and defining job requirements... • Fosters an atmosphere of high employee morale through an active, fair, and consistent implementation of policy and procedures. • Performs job duties in accordance with the Company’s production and quality standards. • Supervises team members in the Supervisor’s absence. • Performs job duties for a different section of the RDC or shift if operational requirements necessitate. • Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

• Three or more years of warehouse experience • One or more years of experience demonstrating successful leadership in a comparable environment • Ability to communicate effectively with associates, vendors, and/or members • Ability to make decisions in accordance with operating policies and practices • Ability to work any shift.
