Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Office Clerk to support our office staff needs.  Perform a variety of clerical, customer service, and administrative duties to support the Springfield RDC.

Starting wage is $13.50/hr

Shift is Monday - Thursday from 6am - 11:45 am

Position Description

Performs clerical duties including data entry, printing and distributing reports, photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, handling phone calls and distributing mail Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes knowledge of the organization and various functions to respond to inquiries or direct work Maintain records, prepares forms and reports, verifies information, and resolves routine problems Provides customer service support as needed; performance other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

Must be able to work as a team as well as independently, have attention to detail, be dependable and have a great attitude.
-Educational Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent. -Administrative or clerical experience desirable. -Must have excellent PC Skills: Word and Excel. -Must be capable of working over your scheduled shift if needed.
