The Facility Manager will be responsible for day-to-day support functions, optimizing performance related to support functions so that HUB operations run smoothly.  Owner of customer contact, delivering high level of customer service, building strong customer relationships, liaising with Sales Team, and responding to customer needs. Accountable for the integrity and maintenance of all assets, including inventory, equipment, furnishings, land and buildings. Conducts critical Safety & Training programs. Lead and communicate Hub and Spoke network initiatives related to facilities and operational support.


Position Description


1. Controls and minimizes expenses for HUB operations, including equipment, maintenance, office functions, warehouse and
    safety & regulatory requirements.

2. Monitors expenses against budgets and identifies cost saving opportunities across operations.

3. Drives improvements in customer service by using feedback to influence and inform HUB operations and ensures timely,
    impactful responses to customer contact.

4. Manages HUB inventory processes to meet stringent financial requirements and directs refinement of operational processes
    to improve accuracy and integrity of the inventory assets. Escalates devaluing as appropriate.

5. Directly responsible for setting, meeting, and raising level of performance in various support functions to include customer
    service, maintenance, general accounting, safety program, onboarding and training and building security.

6. Provides clear, constructive & effective communication.

7. Encourages teamwork, resolve conflicts, identify and develop talent.
