Job Description

Perform a variety of clerical, customer service, and administrative duties to support the Manchester RDC.

Position Description

The Clerk performs clerical duties including photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, handling phone calls and distributing mail, applies knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes knowledge of the organization and various functions to respond to inquiries or direct work, maintain records, prepares forms and reports, verifies information, and resolves routine problems, provides customer service support as needed and performance of other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

-Educational Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent. -Excellent mathematical skills. -Ability to make decisions to fulfill the daily operational task of the RDC. -Administrative or clerical experience desirable. -Must have excellent PC Skills: Word and Excel. --Must be capable of working flexible hours. - Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
